In this cases, what order should we refurbish that vacant stores? (High rated nodes shown in red).<\/p>\n<p>Following procedure is the step to calculate the index.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If new store is located on vital street network, we calculate betweenness centrality of the location of the store.<\/li>\n<li>If new store is located on outside of vital street network, we calculate distance between the location and the closest existing store.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a
