In this article, we try to evaluate accessibility based on min-sum distance weighted by population distribution in Ome, Tokyo.
We can basically say that the population of certain place is directly proportional to a gross area of certain building. Therefore, we can add values of population to each nodes.
To consider the outside population distribution of this area, we divide outside area into 6 super nodes, and add the values as attributes.
